This is the rider who has ridden the three days of the Tour of Connecticut in the least amount of time. Also called the General Classification or GC leader. Climber "Awarded to the rider who scores the most points given at the top of designated hills on the race courses. Sponsored by Williams Trading

 

Young Rider - "Awarded to the top placed rider in the General Classification who was born in 1983 or later. Also called the U23 or "Under 23 year old" Classification. Sponsored by Yale University
